Do not use BluePass to misrepresent a company, submit unlawful or malicious content, interfere with another organisation, bypass permissions, or compromise platform availability.

Company and procurement content

Uploaded documents and procurement content must be authorised, relevant, and safe. Suspected abuse may be investigated, audited, and result in restricted access.

Security

Do not share access tokens, invitation links, passwords or one-time verification codes; probe accounts or data belonging to another company; automate abusive traffic; or attempt to circumvent approval, payment, compliance, deadline or role controls.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected misuse through BluePass support without including passwords, secret keys or payment-card information.
