Strategic-partner status is assigned through the administrative invitation workflow. Accepted users become ordinary buyer or supplier users rather than entering a separate portal.
The current application allows strategic partners to bypass platform fees through an explicit server-side waiver. Company, permission and compliance controls continue to apply.
