BluePass provides governed business onboarding, procurement, marketplace, and maritime visibility services. Users must provide accurate company information and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

Accounts and company authority

Users must act only for companies they are authorised to represent. Roles, permissions, company access, approvals and subscriptions determine which platform actions are available.

Procurement and marketplace activity

Procurement submissions, deadlines, approvals, and awards are governed by the status and permissions shown in the platform. Access may be suspended where account, compliance, or security requirements are not met.

Marketplace listings are submitted by supplier companies and may require subscription and administrative approval. Commercial agreements remain between the participating companies unless signed terms state otherwise.
